Band Dues -- Your Fair Share account

In order to participate in band, every student is expected to pay their Fair Share in the form of band dues. Band is an optional activity with many proven benefits, and we want everyone to be able to afford the program. On the Fundraiser page you will read about all the different ways that you can fundraise your entire amount.

Your band account: Every Marching Ram is set up with a band account. The account number is the student ID. All money from band dues and fundraisers is automatically deposited into this account, and the statements are posted on the website under the student ID #.

Schedule of payments: Band dues  are $210 for instrumentalists, $195 for auxiliary. (Marionettes and Colorguard have additional dues that are collected by their instructors)

For the school year 2011-2012, band dues are payable on May 21, July 21, Aug 21 and Sept 21. Coupons for dues payments.

Online payment: You can charge your payment via a secure website here.

Questions: If you have a question about your student account, please contact Mrs. Kostewicz (instrumentalist), Ms. Baker (Colorguard)  or Ms Aman (Marionettes).Their information is on the Contact Us page.

Using fundraised money to pay for your band dues: The goal of participating in fundraisers is to earn money to pay your Fair Share. When it is time to make a Fair Share payment and you have enough money in your Student Account to cover that payment,  please fill out the Student Account Transfer Request form and send it in to the band office. The band treasurer Mrs. Kostewicz will apply your fundraised money towards your band dues.

Pay in full: It is mandatory that all students pay their band dues in full. Students who have not done so will not be allowed to attend the Band Awards Banquet or try out for leadership positions. In addition, the names of everyone who have not paid their dues in full will be turned in to the school's front office. This will show as a Debt on your school account, and affect your ability to get a parking decal, tickets to graduation, transcripts and diplomas.

However, by participating in the band fundraisers, many students raise the full amount of  their full Fair Share. All seniors who are paid in full will receive complimentary tickets to the Band Awards Banquet.
