Are you and your family a member of the LMHS PTA? If not, why not?
LMHS PTSA is working on helping our band program this year with the new RAM TOWER project. The more we do for them, the more they can possibly do for us. Please let's try to get 100% band membership!
PTSA is the largest child advocacy association in the nation. They have a powerful voice and have passed 30 legislative bills in Florida benefiting our children, for example:

LMHS Marching Rams-SUPERIOR!
2014 20142014 Marching MPA is in the books and the LMHS Marching Rams wowed the crowd with their Beatles Show. From the very start, the audience was a part of the show really getting into our music and visuals. From Ian Gile's Something solo at the beginning, Joey Orr, Kevin Solla, Joel Ramierz, Samiha Nazrul and Nick Barrios Dixieland quintet, to Samiha Nazrul's wonderful solo's throughout the performance-it was truly a SUPERIOR evening for our Rams. The show ended with the band singing HEY JUDE coming off the field and the crowd joined in. It was EPIC! Some of the judges comments were: Great Job! Wonderful Sound-well prepared, wonderfully entertaining show! But the best comments were from the crowd and other directors who many said it was the most entertaining show of the day. Thank you to our parent corps chaperones and all who have been with us during our season, without you it would be so much more challenging to make things happen. And THANKS to our wonderful students who do "make things happen" with their great attitudes and energy levels.
1st Annual BBQ
The LMHS Marching Rams is sponsoring our 1st Annual BBQ on November 8th from 3-5pm out by the bus ramp. THIS IS A CURBSIDE PICK UP FUNDRAISER. We will not have tables and special dining-wear for us to partake in socializing at this event. Proceeds from this sale will go to fund the remainder of RAM TOWER-our teaching tower to be erected on our band practice field next season. Tickets are $10 each and each student will be required to sell 2. If you need more, please let Mr. Mitchell know. Mr. Morris and his clan will be cooking for this event, so you know it will be great food. Invite your friends and family to our first annual Band BBQ.
